Karise Allen-Crew, has worked in multimedia for 15 years plus, she specializes in photography, creative direction, graphic design, and teaching it to students.  Having received a Masters of Fine Arts Degree in Media design and spent years working in multiple forms of communication as a Creative Director, she has a very diverse background that has allowed her to travel to Ethiopia, Ghana, Paris, London, Belize, Haiti and The Dominican Republic for work.  She is a published photographer and has been recognized by who’s who in America for women in business. Karise currently helps small businesses build their identity through visual communications, is the Co-Founder of “That Gun Talk” Firearms Safety and Training in Philadelphia with her husband Jerel Crew. She also teaches 5th grade as a way to give back to her community.

Reporter and Photographer: Interviewed and Photographed the Elders in the A.M.E church for Rev. Dr. Gloria Nixon Pone, and the book,“Fruits of the Spirit”. Reportage included feature length stories on their lives and what its like to be a vessel in the community.

Reporter and Photographer Studied Abroad and developed a fundraising self published book “Ethiopia: Love Beauty Joy”. Reportage included stories on the historical culture in Ethiopia and the countrywide beauty.
